“Totally Artistic” represents the “Visual Arts ”

We are a membership based 501(c)(3) non-profit (pending) organization dedicated to serving and promoting the artistic well being and business success of our members. Our members can realize maximum value by becoming active participants through numerous marketing, networking and educational activities. Our events provide a forum for gathering information, exchanging business cards, and contacts for established and aspiring artists. Future goals include: An Art Walk, outdoor Fine Art Exhibitions, TA News Magazine, Totally Artistic Awards, 3-D Cyber Gallery, Cable television show and expansion to multiple Gallery locations with a rotating system that will allow our artist members to display and sell their art from one Gallery location to another.

    Artist Board:

    The Artists Board is made up of local artists from different fields of the “Fine Arts”. This Board is the selection committee, responsible for choosing which artists earn the opportunity to exhibit at any of the Totally Artistic, gallery locations.

    TOTALLY ARTISTIC AWARDS SHOW
    Board of Governors:

    The Board of Governors will be responsible for the pre selection process, to narrow the field of artist submissions to the group of finalists in each category. To include: one member from each art category, and artists, sculptors, art critics, and consultants.

    MAJOR FEATURES

    TOTALLY ARTISTIC AWARDS SHOW:
    Each fall season, we will be honoring the “Artists of the Year” in all categories of the Visual Arts. Our intent is to become the definitive Awards Show for the visual arts on a global scale. Our first award show is scheduled for 2010. We anticipate that this event will be broadcast live from the Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills, California. Our Totally Artistic logo will become the statuette award. This event will feature live art and cultural demonstrations along with a catered dinner. The SRO – Band (17 piece jazz band) will perform live. Also featuring “PERFOMANCE ART” by World Famous Artist, Andre Miripolsky.

    COFFEE TABLE BOOK - Hardbound:
    This book is the follow up to our Awards Show; we believe this book will be one of the greatest incentives for artists to become members. This classy, upscale, coffee table quality book serves to immortalize our Artists and will include all of our Artist Finalists and Award Winners. This book will also feature our Sponsors, Supporters and Advertisers.

    MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY
    Published annually and distributed to the artistic community. Each member receives two complimentary listings alphabetically by Artist/Company Name and, by type of “Fine Art” category. This directory may be incorporated into our coffee table book.

    SILENT AUCTION/ FUND RAISING EVENT
    To be held in conjunction with the Totally Artistic Awards Show

    TOTALLY ARTISTIC TM News Magazine – AKA “TA NEWS”
    Quarterly news magazine: Reporting on Artists, and Events in the Spotlight!
    New member’s artist bios and photos. These issues will be available in soft copy, and on-line version.

    FUTURE FEATURES:

    Internet: This feature is very important to the long term success of “Totally Artistic”, as it creates an extremely profitable revenue stream by providing the Artist/Member, the ability to exhibit in our Real-World, brick and mortar environments and simultaneously in our Three-Dimensional Cyber Gallery, thus allowing any Fine Art Artist (from around the globe) the ability to exhibit in our three dimensional on-line site: www.totallyartistic.org

    ART WALK:
    Our plan is to build an Art Walk in Warner Center to display large format sculptures for display and sale. Possibly in conjunction with Douglas Emmett and or Westfield Shopping Plaza. Note: There is no definitive art walk in the city of LA

    This luncheon offers our membership an opportunity to recognize our Sponsors, Supporters and Volunteers for their dedicated commitment to the Continued success of “Totally Artistic”.

    GALLERY TOURS:
    These tours are conducted four times per year for school children and senior citizens. These special tours are on Sundays, (mostly during spring and summer seasons), these guided tours will include a complete tour of the gallery, which includes a personal introduction of all featured artists, and may include picnic lunch.

    MADRID DAY:
    Held at the Madrid Theater, open to our total membership including Family and friends. This event is intended to enrich our membership through exposure to theatrical arts.

    ANNUAL 4TH of JULY PICNIC:
    In support of “The Valley Cultural Center” and its Concerts in the Park Series” Totally Artistic”, its members, and their families can enjoy a day of Fun, frolic, music and a Spectacular Fireworks display at: Warner Center Park, Woodland Hills. Featuring: Don Sweeney, and his (17 piece) SRO Big Jazz Band. The official band of Totally Artistic.

    SUMMER MEMBERSHIP DRIVE:
    Picnic for all Gallery members, families and friends to be held at a Valley Cultural Center - Summer Concerts in the Park.

    Full-Time Professional Staff: Our dedicated staff works on representing the needs and services of our diverse membership. The Staff works for you by coordinating all monthly, quarterly, and annual networking events, functions and services.

    Business News Letter: Published monthly: This on-line business newsletter keeps members informed about what’s going on at Totally Artistic. It introduces new members, and includes a “Members in the News” section. Members can advertise their services through on-line advertising in our web-site.

    Marketing Identification: Each member receives a plaque and a window decal for display at his or her studio. An imprinted membership card, allows members to receive discounts by showing their card at locally, approved vendors.

    Business Referrals: We only refer our members to inquiring individuals and businesses. We’ll direct business to you through our networking events.

    Education and Scholarships: Totally Artistic sponsor’s education and training workshops for artists. An annual scholarship award dinner will be held each spring to recognize special talented artists, in their respective Mediums.

    Monthly Events: Each month Totally Artistic arranges a business luncheon and a networking mixer. These events offer an opportunity to meet other members and guests, give and receive referrals, and introduce yourself and your “Fine Art” to others.

    Forums and Seminars: Totally Artistic will present programs designed to promote educate and build business members through demonstrations and lectures.
